Car purchasing these days is very different than it used to be! Long gone are the days of walking in and leaving the same day with the car of your dreams and a great deal. I purchased my last vehicle from Columbia Acura in 2016 and have had very good experiences since with service. So I returned when it was time to trade that vehicle in for a new one. I wanted a certain model, color, and package so that added even more of a wait on top of the typical several months that is the norm these days. I worked with an excellent salesman, John Photiou, who did a great job of letting me know my options and choices and then keeping in regular communication with me throughout the process. In a time where other dealerships are taking advantage of limited supply to charge more, Columbia Acura is keeping new car buying fair and as straight forward as possible. I love my new car and really appreciate all that John did to help me buy exactly the vehicle that I wanted!
