Guys are doing their best to deliver good service. The office team is pretty fast in handling all paperwork. I like that that they automated all tedious papers and you basically click on iPad and signing in pdf. Deserve 4* for sure

Frank and Felicia (F & F) are quite an amazing duo. Easy process with no issues. I'm not a car fanatic, I barely knew who makes Mustang (Ford...I know now) but that doesn't matter. Ridiculously bad! I've never seen service like this in my life. Even in Russia you will get a better and way more respectful treatment than here. DON'T GO HERE! Choose another location. It's a lot of them in Brooklyn.
