RAYBROOK, NY: The rudest, most obnoxious staff we've ever encountered at a supply store. The supposed manager, Francis, was surley, threatening, and disrespectful, when asked why he couldn't fill propane at 8 PM (store closes at 9PM, as I called to inquire a while before driving 1 hour round trip.) He absolutely nothing, other than jaw-boning with another idle employee. He escalated even the simplest questions into arguments. With $250 of merchandise I'm our cart, he became unhinged at a simple question about his store's policies (mostly because he was inventing nonsensical excuses not to serve customers on the spot). When I told him he didn't need to be rude when asked a simple question he bellowed, "I don't care, shop at another store if you don't like it." We took his invitation, leaving $250 worth of purchases in the aisle. Not only will we never shop at the Ray Brook Tractor Supply again, we will also no longer shop at the other Tractor Supply locations we frequent. Previous employee encounters were always good at this location. District management needs to remove this surley employee from customer contact of any kind.

Like EVERYWHERE else . Masks etc I believe sanitizer is available .
I'm sorry, I have not seen anything but proper masks worn by the employees at Tractor Supply. I don't visit this site that often but when I do, I have seen nothing wrong... sorry! Tim Moody
They only carry Champion generators. None are designed to power a house.
They do not sell freezers you're looking at Wilson Appliance or Plattsburgh Lowe's Etc
