I went to buy carpet that was on the shelf according to the website, it was not on the shelf but in the back. I was told they wouldn’t be able to get it for me because there was a lack of machine operators. More like a lack of ambition and poor work ethics. I kindly enough said I could pick it up the next day and I paid for it at that time. I told the “flooring specialist” that I would need it cut right at the 30’ mark or slightly larger and then he proceeded to tell me that he would cut it 6” over just to be sure I got 30’. I picked up the carpet and upon installation I found that he cut it 4” short!!!!! I called customer service and they told me that I could return it but would receive nothing for my time or gas. I’m left with nothing but disappointment and frustration. Now, I have to seem in a piece. My advice is to buy carpeting at a flooring store or anywhere but Lowe’s

It’s to bad this Lowes is not very busy. It is just like any other Lowes, but not really busy which is not bad I guess. I think the location has alot to do with it. Big turnover of employees all the time though, which is hard, because sometimes the replacements really suck.

Help was readily available. Had the items I was interested in and made a purchase. Saved $100 by opening a Lowe's credit card. Couldn't be more pleased.

Quick stop at Lowe's today looking for some late summer color in the garden department. I found a nice selection of mums in many different sizes and colors. Lowe's employees have done a nice job tending to these plants as they looked healthy and vibrant. One rack of plants was being watered as I made my selection. Prices ranged from under $10 and up. I consider this quite reasonable for the season. Will make a return trip as summer draws to a close.
