I have never met a more unprofessional staff in my life. The manager is the rudest man I've ever met. I was researching living room groups but have decided to go elsewhere because of how he conducted himself in the short time I was there. The way he talks down to the customers and staff is unbelievable. I cant believe you entrust this man to run a store for you.. I will NEVER rent from this store and will be telling everyone not to go to this store unless they enjoy being treated like garbage and like a 3rd class citizen.

We’ve been using RAC for about four years now and never had a problem! When my husband was laid off, they worked with us on our payments. Our living room set we were still paying for started to rip and they helped us by replacing it with no issues. Sure their prices are more but when you’re on a fixed budget, this helps.
