A&G Smog is a great Smog shop. I come here every time the DMV requests a smog with my registration renewal. Not one issue getting smog check done. Great service and best price I have found in Santa Rosa. I have never waited more than about 20 minutes for a smog to get completed.

Highly recommend this place for a smog check!! On their website they have a coupon and it was only 40$ for my 2005 Toyota. Super quick service, was in n out within 5 minutes!

An appointment is not required. I went without an appointment at 4:30 PM on a Wednesday, and my smog test took about 15 minutes maximum. Note that this was on a 2000 Nissan; older cars may take longer.
For cars 2000 or newer, the list price is $60 but there's a coupon on the website that brings it down to $40, including the certificate. I don't know the pricing for older cars. This is a test-only station, so they don't do any service or repair work. One of the reviews mentions that A&G provided accurate suggestions on what an owner needed to do to make their car pass.
