Good, but not as good as the Utica location. Losing more stars because of super limited hours. What's up with this? Hours still incredibly limited. Super irritating when you need to do stuff in person.

Very rude sales person. Laughed at my choice of phones. I think it was because I am old and he thought I shouldn't want the newest type phone. I called him out on it and asked him why he was laughing. Second time I had a bad experience at this store. Never again...changed to a different service.

Franklin still works here! There’s only one person that’s almost as great as Franklin and she’s nice and knows the business. It’s nice going into the corporate store and knowing as a Verizon Call Center Representative that this location doesn’t screw anyone over! Great work you guys! It’s also nice that I don’t have any problems and I come here only when I need something which is once or twice a year. Everything else besides upgrading or adding a line I do online. But when you upgrade or add a line in the store it’s nice to know that you don’t have to travel far to get business done just incase you need a fast return and I haven’t returned anything yet! This location, I feel, has the most durable devices that lasts for many years to come ☺️. See you guys in a year or two! And thank you for the wireless charger and all of my accessories! I can do so much with them. Keep up the great work 👍
