This is specific to getting keys made. This Lowe's has to ways to make keys in the store. One is a 3rd party Kiosk called minute key - avoid this. The other is a machine operated by an employee that scans and copies keys, but is not a manual machine. I used the kiosk first and that machine made three copies of my key but it used the wrong base key and that key wouldn't even go into my lock because it was the wrong shape/basekey. It also did a bad job copying the last tooth. The kiosk machine still took my money because you pay for the keys before you get to check them out. For the in-store machine operated by a Lowe's employee there was someone in front of me and the machine would not read his key and for my key the copy it made had an extra chunk of metal on one of the teeth. I did not accept that key. Also the one person that could run the machine was running all over the place and did not have enough help from other store employees as he was the only one working the tools area. Bottom line - don't get your keys copied at Lowes - if you are south of that area, I recommend going to the Aubuchon Hardware near Shelburne Supermarket. They were much more helpful and had a better product/result.

Bathrooms definitely need to be serviced more often and you might want to fix the lockon the bathroom stall door

My experience at Lowes was amazing thanks to an associate named Tim. He asked me if I needed any help finding anything (which I did!!!), and he didn’t make me feel like a bother at all. He even gave some really great suggestions for a DIY project I was tackling. Thanks so much Tim! Andy in paint was also excellent! He really knows his stuff. definitely returning to this location, even though it’s further away from where I live.
