5 star even if the experience wasn’t awesome. The way they handled it was. I rented 3 SUV for a week. 2 of them were perfect. 1 was filthy. Not only filthy but tags expired among other things. The manager emailed me to follow up on day 2 of the rental. I responded and we chatted about the issues. They offered a small refund for the issues I had arise. The rental process was painless and the employees were super nice.

Always have sang praises of enterprise by my customer service at this location was horrific and ended in me spending $1200 on a rental from budget instead. My flight from Pittsburgh to Burlington was canceled on the 16th of June due to inclement weather. I called enterprise by 2pm that day to adjust my rental. The woman on the phone was condescending, did not identify herself, and made absolutely no effort to help me resolve the scenario. She explained that my “24 hour reservation” would be was over at 11 am June 17th. My new flight landed at 12pm June 17th. She said she could not extend the reservations as there would be no cars at 12pm although there would be one at 11am. Perhaps this makes sense somehow and I wasn’t going to argue as clearly this wasn’t this woman’s fault. However, we then sat in silence as she said there was nothing she could do. She wouldn’t even offer check other locations for a replacement rental. I had a friend who would be joining me on the trip in the town at the time and she refused to transfer it into his name because it needed to be done in person. Even though he was there. They also wouldn’t let him make a reservation as they were canceling mine because they would be full for him but not for me. Ultimately this location made no effort to help me out with what would’ve been a $1200+ rental. Service was unsympathetic and unprofessional. Was able to get one with budget in the end. They apologized for my experience at Enterprise on behalf of rental companies as a whole. Very disappointing and off-putting. I’ve been a very long time Enterprise user and this is the first time something like this has happened. Just make sure you have some solid back up plans because if you use this location because they will do nothing to help you out when their over-booking practices and disorganization leaves you stranded in their city.

The customer service at the counter when I arrived was not as personable as what I'm used to. It was personable when I returned the car on Sunday morning around 11:00.

We rented an SUV for graduation weekend in VT. Got a new jeep. Picking up and dropping off the car were super efficient. The car was fabulous!

Yes you can drive across the border into Canada with a rent a car. Don't forget your passport.
