Arrived at 11:20a on a Saturday bc our insurance uses this company. Sitting here 20 mins later while the only office guy is taking his sweet time with another customer that was already in the process of being helped when we arrived. ONE PERSON that can work the counter/rentals on a Saturday?? I've used the Enterprise in Plattsburgh, NY numerous times for work and was in and out with optimal customer service. This place is the WORST.

Came to visit VT for the first time / in town for a wedding, check in process was super easy, instructions were direct and concise and check out was even easier. The best part was Joe. He was super helpful and even asked if we wanted to have the Miata for the weekend, it was unexpected but a huge highlight for us to be able to have someone go above and beyond. Thanks Joe for the hospitality.

I have gone here many times and will continue to do so. It is easier to access than the enterprise at the airport and the people that work there are always super nice and professional. Any issues I ever had was immediately taken care of and they got me on the road ASAP.

What can I say except Enterprise came through again. After getting over the shocked of my car being damaged and needed repairs Enterprise stepped right in and had me on the road again while my vehicle was in the body shop. The staff at the Enterprise location in South Burlington Vermont were terrific, true professionals and just really nice people.

I think Shelburne Street would be easiest. You might want to call to see if they can send someone to pick up the vehicle if you are staying in Burlington.
The Shelburne Rd. Enterprise is not open on Sunday. However they have a key drop.
Nope, this is far from Burlington international airport, it's in south Burlington.
