Your online/curbside pickup is a joke. I ordered 8 items on line. ONE ORDER I get 8 different emails/texts that basically say that I have 2 days to pick the item up once the item is in. So I get an email that 3 of my 8 items are in. I cannot get these items within the 48 hours so I send my daughter. She comes back with ONE item and not 10 minutes later I get a text that my curbside order is ready! So I call the store and I am informed that there is one item that was not picked up and at 10 pm it will be restocked or sent back and I will need to come in and purchase it...if someone else doesn't first. I explain my daughter was JUST THERE and wasn't given all the items, thats not my fault. He said it doesn't matter, they only hold for 48 hours. UPDATE: The manager from the local store called me. He will hold the items for me and they will bring them all out to my car when I can get there, no 48 hr time frame. He was VERY apologetic and EXPLAINED the confusion and how their system works. I am very pleased with the outcome. Quick response and very accommodating.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They take the time to listen. I was taught more about chickens than I ever thought I'd know but I was there to learn more about chickens...so I guess it all worked out. I was even given a handout which takes me through steps of chickens.

Prices are average. Not any outstanding bargains but convenient for domestic and farm animals. Their loyalty program is not a program but a way to track inventory. All you receive is a coupon when you spend a set amount of money.

I've been going to tractor supply since it was called Central Tractor when I was a kid. Every time I go, i find something else I "need" along with what I went in to get. Perhaps it's a good thing my wife isn't writing this review... Anyhow, the staff are great, I can always find what I came in for and the prices are typically very good. Bolts by the pound is fantastic. Just wish they did the same with wood screws. Great place!
