I would say one of the worst Customer service experiences ever at Lowes. Went in to buy a piece of lumber that I needed cut. Waited a total of 30 minutes for assistance. This was after 2 pages and me calling into the store and having a 3rd page. The Rep shows up and I explain that I need a plank cut. All I get is a one word response “NO”. Naturally I ask okay how come. This is a post the machine doesn’t cut post. Ok, reasonable explanation, so I ask how can I get this cut? Rep responds with “You can buy a hand saw”! No apologies, no helpful assistance, just a I don’t give a shxt smirk. I then requested a manager, he directs me to find customer service. The older lady at customer service is a real gem. I request to speak with the store manager. She just points in a direction and says he’s somewhere over there. I ask is he wearing a Lowes smock, name tag? Her response he’s wearing a green shirt. I end up locating him after a search through the isles. Try and chat with him about my experience in his store. He was a bit preoccupied helping his parents pick out plants and flowers for the house. Acting like he was listening but not really. He actually asked to be excused so he could help his parents. I am sorry Lowes after 15 years of business with you, I will not be returning to this poorly run store in Essex Vermont!

Do not buy an appliance at this location. They will screw up the delivery multiple days in a row, leaving you constantly rearranging your schedule to be available for 8 hour delivery windows where they either don't show up or show up without the appliance because apparently their due diligence doesn't go as far as checking the appliance is in their truck before coming to your house. Shop literally anywhere but Lowes - Essex Junction.

Customer service was great! We had to wait a little more that we liked, but we got our issue resolved and all in a courteous, pleasant way. They even suggested us to seat at a showing furniture when they saw me getting in pain for the long standing.

Extremely friendly, courteous and professional employees. I was helped in a timely fashion and relatively speaking treated like family. I picked up some ordered windows and they offered to help him load them into my trailer. The store is extremely clean and well-kept. Very easy to find items as the isles are clearly marked.

The only people that are going to answer you on here are other Google local guides with no affiliation to Lowe's. I'd try to keep calling.
I have only seen a $65 charge for everything. And the reviews for their delivery are pretty bad.

Good luck. They are terrible with service, period. Even when you pay thousands for a project that they are hired to do. We cancelled and went elsewhere.
Ultimately estimates are done by an individual. As noted you can request one online but an individual will do the estimate and send it to you. Your best bet is to go in store and talk to someone, or call them.
