A nice fellow by the name of Tom helped us out in the lumber department. He took a second from what he was doing to go grab a ladder and sort through what looked like a return order on a high shelf for some stair railings we needed. The pile had busted boxes and loose parts but he managed to get us everything we needed. Thanks Tom!

I ordered online. Actually with a chat representative. I articulated what I wanted, we went over it a few times. The item (gas grill) was delivered as a gift, as my request. The grill was to be delivered fully assembled. It arrived Not Assembled. Which was not acceptable. I again called the 800# and expressed my problem, they made the return very complicated. They also mentioned they do not deliver assembled grills. Ok fine, but I needed to know that when placing order. I then called Loews on Rt 31 Clay. Spoke to a manager, Marty - World of difference, problem was quickly worked out in a very simple way. Thank you thank you Marty 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I am a Loews fan and will do all my purchases in store. This store has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & GREAT PRICES $$$$ The Manager is also always there to help you out!!! Highly recommend LOWE'S I've had just the opposite experience at Homedepot. VERY Poor Customer service.

Lowes is my new Super store for hardware, appliances, tools and many other items, plus they give all Veterans or Active Duty members 10% off most items that I have purchased there in my case. They do have employees that know there departments if you need help or have questions they in experiences have helped me and in one case a Professional union electrican who works there part time explained how do an electrical job myself and showed me everything I needed and I saved a few hundred dollars by not hiring an electrician, I did it and it was actually pretty simple to install. Works great and did not get electrocuted. lol 5 Stars
