This is not a safe place to live in. There are shooting all the time. This past weekend there was a drive bye and some one was killed. If you have a family do not live here.

The people in the office never answer the phone even before covid was here, my sink, dishwasher, dryer and oven kept going out. No new appliances what so ever and I’ve been here paying $1900 for the last 7 years. They really need to do better

I got approved for an apartment in September.I was supposed to move in mid October.They called me on my birthday Oct 17th to tell me they need my bank account information to refund my money back.The tenant who was supposed to move out changed their mind.Mind you that was October 2021 and here it’s now 2022 and I still haven’t received all of my money back yet just the portion from easy pay that I just got two days ago.They told me the refund process was only 21 days well it’s been months for me.All of this happened while I was homeless with my kids so I was stressed and devastated.I need my money back to go towards another apartment I told them that and they didn’t care.I feel they shouldn’t take peoples money unless the apartments are empty and ready to move in ,or at least the old tenant is out!On the bright side I emailed someone new and I finally got an answer after months.I pray I get my money back with no problem now and soon because I need it.I think they should just improve on the process.

Very family friendly, safe, non-smoking community. Units range from 1-5 bedrooms, so the community is very diverse and plentiful in help and resources. Management is great. Ideal location with many food, entertainment and transportation options nearby.
