Goodwill doesn't pay their people enough to stay open long enough to even accept donations they don't put enough people on staff to staff the back to accept donations. Just send your stuff to a homeless person it'll probably be cheaper for them anyway and at least you want to deal with goodwill

This store specifically is absolutely inconvenient and was very rude to me. Every time I try to donate before 5 o’clock, which is when they close the donation center, they always say that they closed early and that I’m not able to donate. After I load up all the stuff in my car and to mention all the stuff is either brand new or lightly used. Takes me time to drive there and to load everything up, to find out that they “closed” early. Super inconvenient and have No customer service for their customers…..will be donating to Red Cross or Salvation Army

Prices are fair but this particular Goodwill has pretty nice stuff in comparison to some of the others . Staff is nice too! Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the people that follow you around the store as if your going to steal something. Listen up "secret shoppers" there is a security guard at the door for a reason ... let him do his job and you just secret shop"! Your giving companies' customers a bad experience and your not very good at your job anyway. Let LP catch the bad guys so customers don't feel uncomfortable shopping. !!! Otherwise if not for that one thing I would give them 5 stars!

Staff were polite, but they refused me entry at 6:44 PM because they close at 7 PM. I don't know any other retail business that practices a policy where "open hours" are not honored. I drove out of my way to get here, only to be turned away due to an unwritten policy. If such a "last entry" policy is going to be practiced, it would be nice to have notice, such as in their posted hours.

It's ok, I drive by. Turns out the Auburn location works better for donations since they're open during their open hours.
Their donation hours/days have been varied lately. Best to call beforehand to confirm.
FW Goodwill is temporarily closed after an electrical fire. A remodel is being done and they will reopen in the coming weeks,

Yes, they do. You can get pretty good deals at the Goodwill. Federal Way also has a clothing bank. The clothes at the clothing bank are free. Call 211 to get the address. I think that the place is called the Mulyiservice Center. They have a food bank and a clothing bank. Good luck to you and God bless.

Give them a call to schedule a pick up. But make sure that the furniture is in very good shape or they will not accept it. Not stained or broken in any place.
As long as they can prove the TV works they will take it. You just need to give them a call to to get the number for pick up for donations or look for it online.
