I have been coming there for years, and today I calked to place another order and who ever answered was very rude. I simply reminded them that in my last order I paid for 3 spam masubi and only received 2 and I calked and had them write my name so the next time I come I can get it. But instead of honoring my word she said I don’t know what your are talking about and told me not to come back!! That is not the way to treat your customers!!!

Really dig this L&L thats newly local to me. Great service. A woman working there, I think the manager ran out to make sure I had received my Mac salad. When she realized I had, she gave me the extra anyway..

Chicken Katsu, pork, musubis, grilled chicken here are all gas. could definitely use a little more rice on the plates, but the portions are already so big that I could never finish any of this stuff in one sitting anyways. that alone makes this place worth it. Most of the employees are long-term, I've seen some of the same cooks and cashiers for years. I just hope they bring back the daily specials they used to have before covid.
