I just got back from my trip to Sub Zero, writing a review immediately, it was that bad: When I usually walk into Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream, I am met with smiling faces, shining teeth, and a warm atmosphere. But today, I was met with scowling frowns, tired eyes, and a chilly atmosphere, fitting all the liquid nitrogen pouring over the edge that made me feel like I was trapped in one of the nitrogen cans stored in the back of the parlor. Oh, but we're just getting started. Shall we begin? Perhaps with the cutter. My lackluster experience began with a rude, selfish, unaware, disrespectful customer, specifically a Wild Waves member attempting to cut me in the line. This was a visible interaction that absolutely no workers dealt with. Wait, I almost forgot! How could I with the horrid and frankly, grotesque, smell that encapsulated and engulfed all the customers daring to enter the danger zone. The smell acted as a ferocious monster out of the deepest darkest corner of your horror imagination, attacking your nostrils every chance it got, spreading like a wildfire. Want to experience it? Next time your baby pukes, stick your nose in it, chunks and all! Just imagine, much worse. Continuing on with the main event, what we came for. Had it been good, I might've been able to forget about the prior situations. As you'll see, it only got worse. Thinking that we could make the worker's job easier, we opted to go out of our way, adjusted our orders by all three of us ordering the same thing. Unfortunately, our good deed was not reciprocated. The worker only proceeded to give us barely any ice cream, amounting to barely a small when we clearly asked for a regular. Just take a look at the attached picture after barely taking in one spoon-full. My ice cream lasted about as much as my patience did when I was in the parlor. For the 30 minutes we waited and took out of our day, it only lasted to when we got out of the parking lot. As a loyal member of the Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream Club, it is truly disheartening to have had this experience. After coming to Sub Zero for over 10 years, bringing family members, watching granny spill it on her favorite red Christmas pajamas, and having the delicious ice cream after the big game, it seems this is the first of probably many more bad experiences I will have, if this unacceptable behavior continues. And as they say, three strikes and you're OUT!. This is the first. Get your act together. And figure it out fast. Because I won't wait. Therefore, to end, it appears I will have to rate Sub Zero a zero.

This place was so cool! (Pun absolutely intended.) You get to pick your base (and they have a vegan option!), then add whatever flavoring you want (I've never seen a place that had Dr. Pepper flavor for ice cream!) then choose any add-ons you want (I chose cherry bits! yum!), and your level of frostiness. They have consistencies for soft serve, regular ice cream, and dip'n dots. I got the dip'n dots texture, and it was fun and weird. Pay attention to the disclaimer they give you about not doing too big a bite, tho! (ouch!)

This was an interesting experience. The ice cream is “created” on the spot with a selection of milk and non-dairy milk substitutes. You can add flavorings and mix-ins and then have it frozen to your desired hardness/coldness. FYI, the Brain Freeze level of cold is basically solid chunks of ice cream. The Numb Tongue level was just right to me.

I remember going to a science program when I was a kid and learning about liquid Nitrogen - Amazing experience! So when I drove past this ice cream place the inner kid in me quickly pulled right on up to park. It was quite the experience. Unique way of making ice cream and so many flavors to choose from. Everything is made by hand and it’s quick. The kids absolutely loved it and the Ice cream as well. The wife was happy because she could finally get vegan ice cream or lactose free. So everyone is included at this ice cream shop. I didn’t even think to take pictures of the finished products because everyone was so excited. The staff moved through the line of people quickly and made our 5 different flavored orders of ice cream very quickly as well. At the last min I ordered a 6th one to go because I wanted to have some for later. I definitely tasted everyone’s ice cream and it was delicious - Ice cream is definitely my thing. You get to choose how cold you want the ice cream. Waffle cones are super fresh and tasty. We will definitely be back SOON! Check this place out if your looking for an experience along with some good ol ice cream!

These are the nutrition facts for a small no-sugar-added yogurt. A regular would be 1.5 times these numbers. Calories 85 Fat 0g Dietary Fiber 3g Sugars 6g total Carbs 20g Protein 2g Our pump bottle flavors do not have a dietarily significant amount of sugar or carbs. Thanks for asking, and I hope this helps. Our goal is to provide options to everyone, not matter what dietary restrictions they may have. Does the ice cream have eggs or wheat? My son has some food allergies. What in the ingredients.

Clifford Furuc | Aug 16, 2019
Jennifer Mckell | Aug 16, 2019

Since everything is made to order, it depends on which ice cream base, flavors, and mix ins you choose. The custard base has eggs, but all the rest are egg and wheat free. Let the employees know there are dietary restrictions, and they will help you out!

Do they have froyo

Nev Casteel | Aug 16, 2018
RAD Moose | Aug 16, 2018

Kind of. You can choose what kind of milk your ice cream is made from to fit your taste or dietary needs. If you are an ice cream connoisseur looking for a rich, smooth texture, then the original or custard base is the right fit for you.  They also have low-fat and yogurt options if you are looking for a low-fat alternative. Also have lactose free, vegan and sugar free options to serve those with dietary restrictions.

How much will it cost for 6 people?

Well for four of us to have smalls with no waffle cones it was $24 and some change so I'd figure around $35.

How much does it normally cost?

Jaelyn Taylor | Aug 16, 2018
J. Darin Ellis | Aug 16, 2018

It depends on sizes, add-ins, deluxe cone vs cup, but I can get out of there for around $6 each for me and my family.
