They will tow your car make you pay for it to get and THEN charge you 2k for rent. Mailboxes are constantly broken into even their amazon hub gets broken into. Their "ammenities" are open for 2 days a year. The kitchen cabinets are garbage, no microwave included with the appartments bathroom tubs are sealed like some 2 year old did it. There is no ventilation in the bathroom mold grows out of control. There are no benefits to rent here Do not RENT HERE!

This place is an absolute dump - do not move here. The buildings have windows boarded up and some have graffiti all over them. The office is boarded up too and is no longer in use. There are homeless people everywhere and they steal everything. You pay for a gate fee & parking fee but the gate literally doesn’t even exist and there’s never anywhere to park. This is the worst complex I’ve ever lived in and I can not wait to move out of here.

Pretty cool place if you enjoy having homeless people everywhere burgling your cars and apartments, finding used needles everywhere, and having nowhere to park your car ever. Oh, and you also can’t get mail here - the homeless people I mentioned earlier? They steal your mail too! Pretty neat, right? All jokes aside, this place is honestly an absolute dump and not a single person that works here cares even in the slightest. They advertise a “gated community” and “security” but it’s not true, don’t move here!

Shady Business Practices. A Bunch of scammers. My family and I lived at Club Palisades for about a year. We moved due to military orders. We gave the apartment complex a 30 days notice and paid any move out fees. But now we got a letter from a collection agency demanding that we pay $752.77 for renovation of the apartment! We cleaned everything in the apartment and there was no damage! No help to resolve this. We called and emailed with no answer. I am going to the better business bureau and now talking to my lawyer. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, THEY WILL DO THIS TO YOU TOO! Here are pictures of how we left the apartment below.

They have mini waher and dryer you can't wash more than a few clothes pillows blankets is not possible in that tiny washer you still have to go to the coin laundry

Dont forget to add in that there is a $100 lease change fee ON TOP OF the $42 per person. So all in all it would be $184 to add two additional people to 1 lease if they pass background
