Work order, waiting list more than three months to fix!
No, they don't. I've lived here for a year now, way in the back of the property. None of the outside lights work and I've asked them multiple times to please fix them, as it's very dark and unsafe. I've fallen while walking to my car 3 times and cannot see without a flashlight. I've had to change the light bulb twice for the light right outside my door, after waiting 2 months for them to take care of it. In addition, there's mold and dampness everywhere throughout my unit. My oak bedroom set is ruined because of it. My toilet's not bolted down and flushes only every other time. The cold water faucet in my bathroom is broken. My kitchen cabinets are not flush with the wall and hang forward quite a bit. The cabinet doors hang open. The heater is garbage. Amenities are either broken or not included in the rent. Nobody told me that, before signing the lease. One morning, I went outside to find my car was gone--stolen. Beware of this overpriced dump!
I live there for ten years I move out last month that place is horrible lots of mold rats garbage pail up they never fix anything the staff is very rude my toilet broke it took six weeks to fixe it my car was broken into 3times there never fix anything mold made me sick n I’m filling a lawsuit
