A quiet, safe location in a lovely neighborhood near historic downtown Steilacoom. I’ve lived here for over a year now, and, while my 1 BR apartment is small, I enjoy this area too much to move, and it suits my needs. Feels like home! About a ten-minute drive to Albertsons, with quite a few local park and trail options.

Beautiful apartments in a great area! Priced well and even have studios. Management is incredibly kind and helpful! I definitely recommend living here!

Lived here for just about a year and was sorry to leave. Quality, professional, and friendly management who is usually available and quick to respond to requests/repairs/concerns. Complex is kid friendly, relatively quiet, and safe. Reasonable rent and utilities, especially for its proximity to the water. Personally had a very positive experience with our rental here, would definately recommend.

They've been good to us, they always try to fix things as soon as you tell them here's a problem. The apartments look great and modern from the inside. :)

In their defense, only 1 person (The manager) is the only one there 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. She has a lot to do throughout the day but always at the very least returns ALL messages left before going home. Have witnessed myself on more than one occasion. Try to be patient and if nothing else, leave a detailed message knowing it will be returned within 24 hours for sure! 👍
They are very competitively priced, in comparison to other apartments priced the same, at Steilacoom Woods you definitely get what you're paying for. They are gorgeous apartments in a very peaceful, beautiful neighborhood with great amenities! Whereas other apartment complexes you don't get everything as nice. Definitely recommend at least going and checking them out in person to see and get the true beauty and extras you'd get! 👍
