I have had nothing but positive things to say about my 9 plus years as a Kaiser patient. Kaiser continues to advance availability to contact our doctors and/or to get direct care. Everything from urgent care, getting labs quickly, new and interesting ways to have appointments with a doctor without having to leave the house. Kaiser also helped me with my recovery from my stroke. They have been there every step of the way in anyway that I needed them.

Honestly I don't know where else to put this but Dr. Marla Calvert is one of the best and most amazing doctors I have met in a long time. She's knowledgeable, easy to talk to, kind and just an amazing physician. I came to her for addiction medicine after bouncing around from doctor to doctor because of financial or insurance problems. It was a constant stress in my life and my appointments were always source of anxiety. I actually look forward to my appointments now. The rest of the facility is pretty great too, pharmacy staff is always kind and super quick. The lab is super quick and easy. Honestly I'm so grateful for Kaiser up here.

My family had to visit Urgent Care two nights in a row for different issues. Both nights we had the same doctor. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk, triage, nurses, and primary provider. They listened to our concerns and addressed the issues in a timely manner.

Kaiser is so awesome! This senior appreciates their superb care, professionalism and concern for my health! Love the pharmacy whether in house or mail order. ALL my doctors and nurses are responsive, love the online presence for emails, appointments or refills. Efficiency I totally appreciate. I love my Kaiser in Olympia, WA.

Yes you can 😊
Did they say why they are denying them?
Have to go into their website and browse to see who might be taking new patients.
As a Kaiser Permanente member you can get the flu shot at no cost at our facilities in Washington state— and you don’t need an appointment.
Yes but there are often walk in times available
KP technical support or member services would be the ones to ask
It's on the ground floor as soon as you come in the main entrance you go to your left and you can't miss it that's all in there
Yes, almost across the street.
Yes, there are a few to choose from.
You do not need to be a member to get the COVID booster. I work for Kaiser Permanente. You do need to be a member to get a COVID-19 test.
Sorry I can't help you with that. You would have to check the Kaiser Permanente website and look for the hours.
Check with customer service or easiest way is to log in to your account and see. It's also easier then the phone wait
No, they refer out to Tacoma usually.
8am to 9pm
There are restrooms on both floors and a small cafe on the ground floor open Monday-Friday from 8-4
Different parts of the system h Ave different hours inolympia ....check the department specifics
Thank you. I have done that x1 and I now have a reminder message for an appt tomorrow. I'll keep trying.
It's a rather large facility. I'd guess there are several. I would contact my Dr or the specialist office you need and ask them directly.
Sorry really have no idea
No. Walk in and take a number at the kiosk, just like at the pharmacy. They're usually get people in pretty quickly
Maybe a mile or two? There's a HUGE parking lot
Online or call the olympia facility
First congrats to you and your new baby. I suggest calling pediatrics and asking them someone will guide you to the right doctor. Blessings.
It should be the number they look you up with when you check in or set up an appointment. :)
I believe the pharmacy is closed tomorrow. Usually on the automated voice messages they have when you call Kaiser, has their holiday hours listed.
Yes😀
They are available now. There is a flu clinic set up at 1 north (in front in family practice) until 5pm M-F (not sure what time they start)
Yes. You can ask for an interpreter for any appointment. Video and audio interpreters are also available in the pharmacy.
Not me. Wouldn't that depend on your insurance coverage?
Should be on the front of your Kaiser insurance card above your name "ID" followed by the numbers which is your patient ID I believe.
M-F 7:30am - 7:00pm Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm
Urgent care is open on weekends 9am-5pm
Login to their site and check your messages. Your doctor's name should be in there. Or you can check your appointments online.
7:30am-7:00pm M-F, 9:00am-1:00pm Saturday, closed Sunday
The walk-in clinic is for cough and cold type stuff, less severe things that maybe can't wait for a regular appointment days away. Urgent care is for more urgent things that need more time, labs, etc.
Only urgent care and pharmacy are open on holidays
Call member services
No weekends
Contact business office.
9 am
Kaiser doesnt answer these questions. Other members who go to Kaiser like myself, do. This is a question to Google maps users whove gone here.
That sounds like a customer service question.
Absolutely.
September 18 per the website
My gf said the lab has late hours.. Long hours. Not sure if that helps
