Always cancels appointments. The staff is very rude. The pharmacy is unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Literally pay to go somewhere else cuz the pharmacy is horrible. The staff here is horrible. The doctor we got literally cancels our appointment day of. Its impossible to even get a yearly physical done for the kids cuz the keep canceling appointment. I been told to go to urgent care if I want help by the staff there. The only thing there I would say I'd decent is SOME of the nurses. It's super sad that they are allowed to treat people this way. I really hope someone takes this place to court cuz I know many violations including gossiping about patients. I heard it while waiting in line.

Website for the clinic says they close at 1700. I needed to pick up a prescription so I called the S. Sound clinic number to find out the pharmacy hours. You can’t speak to a person. Once you get through all the recordings you get to the one pertaining to the pharmacy hours which says they close at 1630. So I drove over there and arrived at 1610. Doors to clinic are locked. Sign on the door says the close at 1600. Extremely frustrating

They are so understaffed here... Seriously they had changed my doctor atleast 4 times within the last 2 to 3 years because of having to many patience and I never even had a choice. The doctors there never take you seriously and always seem irritated with your concerns. The changed my doctor on me last week to a nurse practioner and she tried to talk me out of staying with her as a patient. Very unprofessional.

My doctors good but the front desk is always pissed off and rude. It used to be a pretty quick pick up when i would call to schedule and they used to be able to get me in the next day or close to it.... Now with this new system im on hold for at LEAST 30 minutes and once they do pick up they are pissy and i cant get in for almost a month. I get they are under stress but #1 front desk rule is dont take it out on clients. Military families deserve better.

If you leave a msg on the phone kine someone will call you back. Using the portal is best. Your provider may have sent you a Message about your results.. You can also schedule virtual appt to speak with your doctor and get your results.

I've been seeking the same answer, the portal says to fax the request but doesn't provide a fax number. We have the release form. We are already out of state so not able to visit the clinic. Can someone just post the fax number please.

First you have to be accepted by the clinic it's not just a walk-in basis the hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. I believe but if you search online you can find the correct hours
