They keep calling the wrong phone number when they are supposed to call me for Test results, appointments, etc. I have given them my phone number MULTIPLE times. Other than that, All doctors and nurses from this location are BEYOND amazing!

I had Dr. Harvey from birth to age 19. I can say without a benefit of a doubt that she went above and beyond with my care. I never felt uncomfortable being open and honest about my health concerns and always felt genuine empathy and care from her. As an adult trying to navigate insurance, doctors, etc, I sometimes joke that my pediatrician was TOO good. Because now as an adult, I have a really hard time trying to find a good doctor that takes my insurance. I can't recommend this practice enough. I'm so grateful that I received such good care here when I needed it most. My pediatrician was genuinely caring towards me and my parents, and was always super attentive to every question and concern. I'm glad I got to have a doctor I trusted throughout my childhood and teenage years. She rocks. I'd give more stars if I could lol.

Some doctors do not care about treating children they only care about making money. This is one of those doctors offices. This office is only taking new patients if they have health insurance, otherwise they couldn't be bothered to help your child. If you want to pay in cash, their receptionist Richelle will tell you they are not taking new patients. I know this because I called and Rochelle initially told me they weren't taking new patients who don't have insurance. But, once I offered my health insurance, Rochelle all of a sudden wanted to take me as a new patient. And then offered to take my name and number to speak with Sherry their coordinator, who is on vacation for a week or so, meaning they were blowing off 8 and 12 year old children as potential patients. If they care so little about my children what makes them care about yours if you're using this office as your child's pediatrician?

Dr. Morales-Bronner is a great pediatrician. She always listens to what my family has to say, and is quick to start the ball rolling on everything from getting medications we need to putting in referrals for us quickly. Overwatch great place to bring your child.
