Just left from a two night stay. We stayed in the Mesa Verde room. Although the room was cozy and the location is beautiful the tub and shower didn't really work. I asked for coffee to be restock in our room and nothing was done. I would stay here again because the onsite staff was amazing.

I cannot believe they charge so much here. The prices are so high we decided not to stay. The man handling the phone is very passive aggressive and if you even comment on the price he gets confrontational. The responses to poor reviews is very very passive aggressive, and i think it's the same man who was on the phone. I wouldn't stay here if I was paid to. Shame on you. Ruined what could have been a beautiful place with ugly attitudes. If you are staying in durango, stay away from here. ... waiting on passive aggressive response to my review ...

Outrageous prices per night. Over $200 for the cheapest room for one night and it's only a 3 star hotel. They charge over $600 a night for a cabin. I guess nobody on social security could afford this hotel. This is what you call gentrification. This must be where Trump stays. Ridiculous. I found a much nicer place for only $80 a night right in durango that's both 420 friendly and with polite employees. Watch how the owner responds to negative reviews. Very stuck up and rude.

We are on our first of six nights at Blue Lake Ranch and the staff has already proven to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Emily is amazing and continuously answered questions and made sure we have everything we need. Our vehicle got stuck (highly recommend 4 wheel drive) and Shawn helped us get safely to our cabin. All in all, I can’t imagine how Blue Lake Ranch could have been any better and we can’t wait to enjoy the Christmas holiday here!
