Riverwind Inn Bed & Breakfast

Last week my husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Riverwind Bed & Breakfast for a few nights. Stacie and Mike were so warm and friendly as our hosts. Our room was so quaint and was very clean. There are many cozy sitting rooms throughout the inn where one can sit quietly to read or to have a drink with your companion. The back yard is gorgeous with trellises and so many beautiful flowers. At night there is a fire going in the fire pit (weather permitting) and hanging outdoor lights that just makes the perfect setting. Each morning we were treated to the most delicious homemade breakfast which included ingredients from local sources. This wonderful inn did not disappoint! Stacie and Mike have made a little oasis that is very warm and welcoming. We look forward to returning there in the future!

The Riverwind Inn was such a lovely stop on our road trip to VT and New Hampshire to visit family. Stacie and Mike are lovely hosts! The room (Quilt Room) was clean and comfortable, and the linens smelled so good after a somewhat stressful day of driving. It was lovely to sit on the patio before breakfast and watch humming birds in the hostas, and a rabbit hopping across the yard - so peaceful! Breakfast was fantastic as well - the peach yogurt muffins and the berries . . . yum!

We were in and out of town for a wedding so can't speak to attractions in the area, but our stay at the Inn was delightful. Stacie & Mike were friendly and made sure we felt right at home and had what we needed, without being intrusive at all. It's an older house which comes with some creaks and quirks but the room was comfortable and well outfitted. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, and with everyone seated in the same room ended up with some very pleasant conversations with the other guests. Would happily stay there again if we are brought back to the area.

Everything was wonderful at this cozy Inn! Mike and Stacie are very friendly and you can tell they love what they do. From being greeted warmly upon my arrival to the tour of the property to the cozy comfortable room to the excellent breakfast, I enjoyed it all! There is a large covered patio in the back with a fire pit and lots of green space around it, especially considering it’s right in the center of town. There are a few nice restaurants nearby as well as yummy ice cream.
