Tried to get in to see someone because my foot is swollen and in pain. Was told that they don't have an x-ray tech so they won't see me, even though they don't know if they need an x-ray. None of which would gave been an issue of you could speak to someone on the phone before you came, but of course you can't.

Had an unfortunately long afternoon at this Concentra Bridgeview location. In total, I spent 5 hours there to get a pre-employment physical, N95 fit test, and flu shot. Clearly, their nurses were understaffed, they lacked communication between front desk staff and healthcare workers, they didn’t give me the proper paperwork to fill out in my (3-hr) wait in the waiting room, and everyone seemed very stressed and angry at each other. As a nurse myself, I understand the stress of the field, but clearly this staff needs better support from management and more thorough training in the services they provide.

This place never answers the phone. I had a job lined up & they sent me here for my shots. The facility didn't give me a copy when I left. They said it would be sent to the employer directly. The employer never received the documentation before the cut off & the assignment was given to someone else. I called all day & the employer called all day & they kept picking up briefly without saying anything & putting both of us back on hold. Very unprofessional! You have people's jobs at risk & have cost me a good opportunity. Do better!!

There is no cutoff time..I had asked them..
Supposedly they're open 24hrs but due to staffing they weren't. Tried next night at 1030pm with 4 people ahead of me and unbelievably waited until 6am. Horrible experience !!!

Maybe go to normal hospital visit or emergency room better wait time same money or Stroger Hospital better CARE
