They don't install water heaters in mobile homes. It took the tech that came out who was very nice, to tell me that. They were aware of that in the initial call to them.

My technician, Michael, was EXCELLENT! He was on time, and had shoe protection to ensure against tracking outside dirt and grass inside my home. Once inside, he was very knowledgeable and was patient enough to explain what he was looking for and what he found. After using ABC for some in-home repairs and now using 4 Seasons for plumbing and AC help, it's nice to have a company use competent service people who can tell you what's going on and why without the constant upselling and feeling like you're being taken advantage of.
