There was no cleaning or towel replacement in the room. Staff was not knowledgeable about the area. The room was nice. There was some build up on the bathroom faucet. Location was nice. Close to restaurants. Taxes and fees were equivalent to a night's stay. Over 300 bucks for two nights is too expensive especially with no housekeeping. What is the resort fee for? No pool, no housekeeping, no microwave in the room.

Clean and accommodating. When we arrived we got assistance with joining rooms and great help. The next day when we needed to make a change desk staff was not receptive at all and simply told me NO. I did communicate with host for dinner arrangements and assistance with another matter. They were very helpful and followed up to make sure we were happy.

Great, great service!! We really can't say enough positive about our experience! We flew to IL to buy a truck and decided to stop and stay here on our drive home. We have been to several different Harrah's. This one was certainly had the best staff. The carrot cake was very moist!!

The hotel rooms are large and well suited. I like the way the bathroom is set up. Bedding and pillows are comfortable. Rated a 4 because it's probably the most drab casino I've ever seen. Also, everything was quite over priced.
