The hotel was very well managed, clean and had friendly staff. What we particularly liked and what distinguishes this hotel positively from other hotels is the pool at a pleasant temperature, the room facilities, the breakfast and the use of reusable dishes instead of single-use plastic.

The staff there are absolutely accommodating and so lovely. The staff go over and beyond to make your stay feel like home. The housekeeping are so helpful and work very hard to keep the entire hotel very clean.Outside are beautiful Weber grills. They are pet friendly. There is a mall in walking distance.

By far the best hotel around! Entire premises are immaculate, every staff member was so accommodating and helpful. Also appreciated the wine offerings they now have (Century Oak). Love that they always have coffee available, too! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Overall it's great. Door lock at back of hotel has been broken for weeks. Forcing everyone to walk around to front door. Extremely annoying when we r living there after a house fire... scary that they can't get a simple lock replaced.
