UPDATE: GM of this location Dan Patel refused to refund my stay at a comparable location (per their own guaranteed reservation policy), only offering me 15% off my NEXT stay (like I will ever return to this joke of a business), and stopped replying to communications after I asked for compensation in line with policies listed on their own website. After numerous phone calls and emails I never received what was owed to me. Avoid this place at all costs! Thanks for nothing Dan and Motel Sux! THEY CANCELED MY RESERVATION AND SOLD MY ROOM! I am driving cross-country and reserved a room at 10am to ensure I had a place to stay for the night. I had the room guaranteed with a credit card. I missed a call at 10:30pm while I was driving. I called back less than 5 minutes later and was informed that the man working the front desk had canceled my reservation as it “was past 6pm and you didn’t answer my call buddy so I canceled the reservation”. The Motel 6 website clearly states “If guaranteed with your credit card, your reservation will be held all night for your arrival.” I told him this and he continued to state that he cancelled because I missed his call. He was extremely rude, had sold my room to another guest, refused to book another room for me, and then hung up on me while I was asking why my reservation was canceled if I made it at 10am and had a card on file. Completely unprofessional and had no remorse about leaving me room-less.

If I could give it no stars I would. Pravash ,the front desk person made it very clear he hates black people. In his words I’m sick of you people. The room was subpar with holes in the blankets and sheets from cigarettes and there were only two towels. My children were threatened with the police when asking for two more wash cloths. Don’t waste your money or time staying there.

The man at the front was not very friendly and barely explained anything to me about the room. He did not have me fill out paperwork for pets which they are supposed to have you sign the pet policy. The motel has signs that say no smoking but the entire motel STUNK of cigarettes. The windows have NO screens, so you cant open the windows very much, which is very dangerous if someone or a child were to fall out a window. $89 for 1 person to spend from 330am to 11am there which is a bit much for that amount of hours. When I wanted to stay a couple extra hours after driving 10+ hours the man laughed at me on the phone and said id have to pay another $89 to do that. Thats too much for what I recieved. Yes its a motel 6 so you cant expect much to begin with anyway. The room was clean but the lights flickered and almost went out when you turn them on. The bathtub was not cleaned at all and had dirt in it and the toilet seat was not cleaned either. I would only recommend this place if you have no other option.
