Wife and I came in from out of state for our daughter's wedding. I wish I would have gotten his name, the gentleman who works at night, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was hassle free and relaxing. He went out out of his way to help us with all of our questions, and always a smile on his face happy to help out. The world needs more people like him. Thank you again!!!

Positive: The staff was friendly. Negative: Could've paid the same amount for a hotel next door. No breakfast, which was advertised (used COVID as an excuse), torn sheets and dirty carpet, dark red stains on lampshades, and the inspection placed in the hotel was dated in 2020.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I stayed here for two days and the front desk lady was very rude. I told her that there were stains on the sheets and that it smelled like smoke but, she refused to do anything about it. I can’t believe this lady still works here after seeing all the complaints about her! She did not give me my cash deposit back and said she didn’t need to give me a reason as to why she wouldn’t. Terrible management and very dirty rooms. I will definitely not be returning. Worst hotel in Joliet.

The night staff is great. Very helpful and informative. The day staff however, specifically Judy, is atrocious. Miss Judy stole from me, lied to my face about it, and then threatened to call the authorities on me for inquiring the items missing from my wallet. This is after she lied about even having the wallet in the first place. This place definitely needs to reevaluate the kind of ppl they employ.
