The Mountcastle Plastic Surgery & Vein Institute was a fantastic experience. It was truly helpful in solving my problem quickly and efficiently and relieving me of the pain I was going through. Eva (the front desk associate) was truly accommodating with how quickly she booked me an appointment to see the doctor. I called & she was able to pick me up an appointment within the hour, which was amazing. Once I got there, she was very knowledgeable about the facility and made my process a lot smoother than other locations I've experienced in the past. The nurse Mallory was terrific as well. She was very knowledgeable as well and very skilled. She could deduce the issue I was going through very quickly and already knew a game plan to resolve my problem. After the procedure was done, she took the time to really explain in detail what I had to do to keep my body healing correctly and gave me a plethora of various ways to treat my wounds. Both employees went over and beyond for me & I greatly appreciate it. The customer service here was a 20/10; I highly recommend it.

Yes we are in network with all Insurances except kaiser Steroid injections before during and after excision decrease the rate of recurrence. And sometimes adding a low dose of radiation therapy. Non cancer dose and only one or two treatments also can help but this is usually done after first line therapy failure. Dr Timothy mountcastle 793-858-3208 x 2
