Very nice private campgrounds. Typical size lots. Well maintained. Each site is grass and park like setting. Along the Black River with docks and boat launch. Immaculate restroom 🚻 and showers. Great recreation room with TV.

we have been coming here for over 15 years. the camp sites are roomy and level, bathrooms are kept super clean!! The new owner has made a lot of improvements and keeps things looking nice. He is always there if you have a question or if you need help with anything. Super nice guy!! we tell all our friends to come here! a really nice place to camp if you are bringing a boat and want to put it in a dock slip for the weekend. Kid and dog friendly too! Love this place!

Boat launch and dock are such a nice bonus! Beautiful bike trail nearby that used to be an old railway. Campsite was well-kept and ran well. Only took a star off because tried to call a couple times and could never speak to anyone. Otherwise had an excellent time!

There is no beach at the campground but just a short way up river is the the mouth of the Cheboygan river at Mullet Lake. The water is crystal clear with a sandy bottom and a week ago it was 85 deg.
Yes they are open, i know they were booked over the weekend.
Rates are $30.00 for tent sites, $35.00 for back in water & electric $38.00 for back in full hook up and $41.00 for pull through full hook up.
