This place is fantastic, owner's are great people. They do everything in their power to make sure your stay is AWESOME! As well as constantly improving. Can't wait to see what they have done for next year. This is by far one of the cleanest park you will ever visit.

Staff was rude. Second day we were there, I went to the laundry room to wash sheets and a mattress pad cover for my 1yr old daughter. When I walked in, the owner looked at me and said “no comforters”. I told her it wasn’t and she said it was too big and would wreck her machines. We purposely bought this as it’s very small and would be fine for all machines when our toddler daughter wets the bed. Rather than say “sorry you can’t wash that” or even look to see there was another load of clothes making it appear bigger she simply said no and wouldn’t allow it. Our week there was constant rudeness from the owners. They are very condescending and will treat you like you are below them. Based on other negative reviews they don’t apologize, rather justify why they are always right. Until perhaps I call them out on it here. My family and I will never be back. Update: I have the correct resort.

We booked a spot and then realized we couldn’t make those dates. When I needed to cancel I was informed there ARE NO REFUNDS! Buyer beware. They point it out clearly after the fact, but not when booking. I lost a couple hundred dollars. Won’t go back there. Legal fraud. Very shady practices. I’m sure if I called today they have our spots fully booked but I can’t get my money back. Sounds illegal.

The campground was clean and well taken care of. The lots were very small, you are right up next to your neighbors. Unfortunately we were at the front half where there are little to no trees. There was communication issues where staff had said one thing on the phone and when we arrived we were told we couldn't do that. Didn't appreciate being told we were lying when someone on their staff gave approval. The owners just denied everything and were not flexible even though their staff had given the ok. It's also a very pricey place to stay. The amenities are not that great for the price you pay. Very strict with their rules and change at their leisure. Like only allowing 1 car at a site when the rules say 2. Owners walk around at night checking everything and complain to you if they don't like what you are doing. Even if staff gave permission. Overall wouldn't stay again. Probably a great place just for older people. Not very kid/family friendly. We did make our reservation for the correct size camper and lot. It wasn't an issue of length but width space. Little to no area between campers. We have a 20foot camper and booked accordingly.
