Well never made it there, I'm a truck driver, called 1st time was put on hold for 15 minutes only to be hung up on, called back the lady answered I asked if she had a,room for one person tonight she said yes gave me the total, I asked if I could give her my name I had to get an Uber from the Kenworth dealership I was at it was a 10 minute drive, 3.4 miles but she wouldn't hold it for me unless I gave my credit card and they charged it, I didn't want to because I've had bad experience in the past n so she says she started out with 44 rooms and only had 13 left so couldn't guarantee me a room when I got there but I have to get an Uber n if I do that and pay $16 to get there and she doesn't have a room then I have to pay more for another Uber. I think this is rude to do to a person especially since I said I'd be coming right there I'm a stranded truck driver and my trucks not ready and she couldn't be nice and hold a room for 10 maybe 15 minutes! She seemed stressed n in hurry to get off the phone and I've stayed at alot of hotels and thier customer service was 100% better than this place. I'm sure no one cares about my review, but they might want to treat truck drivers a little nicer in the future cause we talk to alot of people and always tell the places that don't treat truck drivers nice.

If you are ever in the area and need a place to stay, book here. The rooms are clean and fresh, the breakfast is fantastic, and the pool is amazing but what really makes the stay memorable is the staff. They're really dedicated to making your stay special and are so welcoming. 100% will stay here again.

Nice place. Definitely have stayed at worse hotels. So this is the second time I've stayed here the lady who works days the manager is rude and a kind of a b**** pardon my language the night girl is awesome building is nice clean rooms decent would be four to five stars all the way if it wasn't for that manager who shouldn't even work in customer service she should be in a cave or a hole somewhere talking to yourself

Positive: It was quiet. No riff raff or people smoking weed. The hotel smelled very clean Negative: I stayed at the hotel for four nights. During those four nights the hotel made did not come into my room one time to clean, restocked towels, or remove trash. I had to take my own trash out of my room and ask the front desk for new trash bags.
