Needed my oil changed bad.. the god behind the register told me I needed to make an appointment so you can't just walk in I've never used jiffy before and apparently I'll never will.

What I thought was a quick service actually was a bad one. After coming in for an oil change and having my engine air filter replaced, my engine began making a howling noise in which the dealership found the air filter was folded and the air box was left open. The wrong oil was put into my vehicle as well.

They deserve 0 stars. The customer service is horrible and the workers have serious attitudes. I came in to try to get an oil change and the guy told me to come around to the back. I pulled around back assuming I had to pull into the car hut and the black guy yelled saying “ What is you doing, I never told you to come in “ and said it with a serious sassy attitude. Never again. He’s lucky I did not curse him out.
