After leaving this store this past Wednesday around 2:30 I said to self... retail is dead. I wanted a new Bluetooth headset to replace my broken LG. The young guy and girl working the cell desk were both on their phones and talking to each other when I approached... clearly capable of multitasking. The guy could barely be bothered to wave me off to the aisle with headsets. No offer to help. Not a single attempt to ask what I needed. I could not find my headset so I went back to ask them for help. "We don't carry that brand" Not, perhaps this might work instead or let me look on our website or our store does not but this other store does...nada...essentially, go away, I'm talkin' here!!! I remember Best Buy being a helpful place. All gone now. I can use Amazon and save the hassle of driving. I'd dismiss the 2 idiots in the cell phone area if not for about the same lack of service in the laptop area. I completely fault this store's managers for lack of interest in training. I'd rather see an understaffed store with customer service savvy teens than an overstuffed bag of dopes.

Came to buy a camera. Most of the useful cameras are all sold out. Waited for about 20 minutes had to ask two separate employees to summon me someone knowledgeable about cameras to the camera area. There was one display model in stock that was about the only interesting thing. Tried to offer to purchase the display model employee notified me that to summon a manager to try to do so it would be useless as they won’t do that. The irony is we shopped at these places for these things putting the camera stores out of business and now we can’t buy cameras here.

Aaron with Samsung is amazing! He was super friendly, helpful, and professional. He helped answer my questions and even with my purchase afterwards. Very knowledgeable but down to earth as well! Customer service can be a rough/thankless job. It's time we thank employees like him. Management should recognize him as well. Thanks again!

My Go-to place for electronics - phones, vacuums, etc. This visit was to return my Dyson V-8 animal, just stopped working but I luckily bought the 4 year best buy warranty. Another warranty success story was my son's iPhone, we got. The geek squad warranty and they were able to fix the phone. Definitely worth buying here & get the warranty!

Last Visit to Best Buy, store front pickup was available. A best buy clerk was outside and collected my order number and brought out my product to my car. I also confirmed over the phone prior to arriving. You can call the customer service line and provide your order information, they can confirm curb side pickup.

It seems you need to clean your heads. In most printers, you select to clean your heads and it will print out a page after it clean the heads. Most heads gets too much ink and it doesn't get cleaned out by normal use. If this doesn't work, take out your ink cartridge and clean out the ink release area with a cloth or paper towel, nothing wet nor dirty.

Yes. This Best Buy is a certified Apple repair center. They can run diagnostics for you on Sunday so you have a battery ordered. No need to pay the 29 bucks till they replace it. Just need to be patient since the batteries are backordered. A Geek Squad Agent will inform you on an approximate wait time.
My phone doesn't have a strong enough internet to run my Roku tv off my hot spot, can I buy a hot spot pay once and done?
