*updated*. Reserved a car online. Got to the countryside location. Both agents on phones, nose deep into their personal lives. Joe looked up and asked what he could do. They put me in a bigger car which I didn't ask for, than the next day I had issues with the car. Kept calling office-no response. The entire week I had nothing but problems and even customer service stated they were unable to help since this was this locations doing. Since than I was promised a free rental, never got. Was told I'd get a letter in the mail, never received. I keep calling to speak to Max who never seems to be there and yet he can never return a phone call. Pretty lousy management team.

I would give negative stars if possible. When I tried using my credit card online an error message stating that I couldn't use a debit card came up, which is why I had to find a ride to the store the day before I was trying to pick up the car to sort everything out. When I explained what was happening online the only explanation I was given was that they run a credit check on you when you use your credit card so it could take time to get the credit report back. So then I tried using my debit card, which I was told needed a $200 deposit which I thought was ludicrous but whatever, I needed a car for the holiday weekend. The lady "helping" me then charged me $50 over the online quote and when I showed her the price I had recieved on my phone she said she should be able to get me that price. I pointed out the difference in price was because I was paying ahead instead of at pick up and that I needed to know for sure I could get that price. After further back and forth with her not committing to anything but just saying should this and I don't know why that I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to and she went in the back and came out saying the discounted price was only online. It would have been nice to find this out over the phone, but this location only had a fax number available online so I wasn't able to get through to anyone. Overall a super frustrating ordeal with no reward at the end.

Courteous reception and service. Received an upgrade without having to ask. Although a longtime customer, this is the first time I felt like my President's Circle status was acknowledged. I also like that they now provide a free ride home after drop off. Great experience overall! Many thanks to Tashauna. She's excellent!

my boss smoked in my car for 2 minutes. I got nailed with a $300 cleaning fee. Have to get another rental this Friday while the body shop waits for parts to repair my car. Guess where I wont be renting from? The attitude of the agent was she was taking great pleasure in fining me
