What a selection and hospitable service! Can complete my projects with 1 stop. Flooring and everything bathroom and kitchen. This is the Tile place! Worth the drive.

My husband I I just go t back from shopping at The Tile Shop. The store was beautiful and there were several options to choose from. We liked having the actually tile samples being displayed throughout the floors of the showroom. We were helped by a lovely woman named Sheri. She was very patient with us as well as extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend you giving it a look .

How did things go so wrong? Got very friendly service, worked with a sales associate for over an hour, picked the perfect tile, wasn’t in stock, waited while the associate called all the stores, felt like they were really handling the situation in my favor, paid a fee for the special transfers from other stores. Picked it up a couple days later, which is difficult given my commuting hours, but I needed this tile fast. My tile installer came and we opened the boxes, all the wrong tile. Boxes and boxes of the wrong tile. Now, I purchased this tile because we’re having a wedding celebration AT our home. Called the store, well, they can’t even get the tile I wanted. Doesn’t exist anymore. (Did last week, or why would they sell it to me.) They admitted that yes, you wanted the high gloss tile, you got matte. I have no time to play with, no time to reschedule the installer, no way to get the tile I needed, out the transfer fees I paid for tile I don’t want..... this error made headaches and stress for me. Left me in a horrible position. Wasted time, money, and the tile store transaction should have been the easiest part of this renovation process.

Getting ready to have a major remodel done in our home. 2 large bathrooms and the kitchen. My contractor suggested I go to the Tile Shop to pick out all the tile, flooring ect... I stopped by this location today at 7:45pm. I understand that they close at 8pm, just wanted to ask a quick question about their design service and I planned on returning tomorrow with my wife. When I entered the store, neither of the 2 employees greeted me, They just stood by the counter talking to a lady friend, one actually made the point of looking at his watch (not sure he was wearing one)and walked over to the door to turn the Open sign off. News flash guys... Customers are not an interruption to your business, they are the reason for it! I walked the perimeter of the store, looked at a couple displays and after 5 minutes of not being engaged by a sales person I left. I went over to The Floor Store and Decor located in the same shopping center, and the sales associate gladly greeted me. Answered all my questions, and made an appointment for me to meet with a designer. I guess they understand the importance of a customer. I have $35,000 budgeted for all the materials for this remodel. With my wife's high end tastes, I'm sure we will far exceed that budget. The sales peoples lack of engagement sent me right over to their competitor. I have experienced similar poor service in the past at Carson Pirie Scott and Sears. Look where that got them.

You can return unopened, full-box quantities within 90 days of the pickup date. Additionally, powders, setting materials and liquids must be returned within 90 days of pickup. You’ll never pay a restocking fee on returns. All returns are subject to Terms and Conditions. There are no returns offered on discontinued or special-order items. Make sure to inspect all products before installation because installation and/or use of product constitutes acceptance. Cash will only be refunded if under $10 and originally paid for with cash. Freight/delivery is non-refundable.
