When I go to Marshalls, it's a new experience each time because their inventory changes...never can tell what useful thing you will find! Personally I am always on the hunt for Tommy Bahama sneakers...my favorite!!

This is regarding Sandra. I had a very bad experience with her tonight on 2/29/2022 at 6:45 pm. I received my on-line order yesterday. Two pair of Frye booties. I came into the store to try them on so I walked in front of the mirror by the shoe section to see which pair were more comfortable. I decided to return the size 7 and keep the size 7.5. The cashier was a young girl and had to call Sandra. Sandra approached the counter and says we cannot return these you wore them. I said I just received them. I will show you the receipt and did you not see me trying them in by the shoe section for 20 minutes? The floor was filled with salt so any person with a brain would realize that. Sandra is just a miserable human being who takes it out on the long standing customers and employees when you see the fear in their eyes dealing with her. How can you keep such a person employed? She wouldn’t have it. She wouldn't look at my receipt or acknowledge that there was salt on your floor causing the white underneath the boots. I said I’m not lying I haven’t worn them. She says are you calling me a liar? I said yes I am and your a real witch to deal with. She completely embarrassed me in front of everyone in line but seems to be the norm for this miserable employee by looking at other complaints against her on this page. I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me. I said I’m not leaving the store until I get your name. You can tell all the cashiers were afraid of her. I will never step foot in the Countryside Marshalls store again. You lost a loyal customer to a miserable vengeful employee. I will be calling your corporate office first thing Monday morning!

This Marshall's is a nice one. They have more beauty and hair products than the rest of the local ones. Not a big perfume selection though...at all. A lot more inventory as far as clothes go though, so I would definitely give this one a chance!
