The officers including the rest of the staff here are straight out demons. They're not nice or pleasant at all. I hate coming down here.

Magistrate was great!!! She was so kind and sweet and seemed to really care about us while we were getting married. She even fluffed my dress! What a wonderful human being she is!❤❤

Good luck trying to get ahold of someone being out of state. Phones are never working. People don't know what their doing place is literally hell on earth. Does nothing but ruin people's lives and takes forever to get back to you.

I don't appreciate how jailen Howard and violate my constitutional rights to have a trial when I told the defended public defender that I want to go forward to prove my case but no he dismissed my case with no valid reason and I was ready to present my case judge Melinda crouch and he dismissed my case for no valid reason or someone move it to superior court or get it back in court

NCGS Chapter 101 provides the basis for name changes. It requires that you file a petition with the clerk of court and it may require a hearing. The AOC has provided forms which you can find online at nccourts.org/forms. Clerks are usually pretty helpful. However, you may need to hire an attorney who can cut through the process quicker. The process is different between adults and minors.
