We called the morning we wanted to visit the dealership. We drove an hour to test drive a car that we were assured was in stock. We were told that they would have it ready at 11am, but if we were earlier it be no problem. We arrived a few minutes before 11 and met with a very nice sales associate who told us that unfortunately the car had been sold the night before.... very poor inventory management and poor customer service.

He found the exact van I wanted and did everything to make sure I was totally happy with my purchase. There was a minor issue with the van so I was unable to drive it home that day, but Israel drove it to my house once everything was corrected! He spent all the time I needed to go over every question and concern I had. I couldn't have had a better experience! I felt like I was with family! Thank you guys!!
