This is a great place to live. Nice apartments at a reasonable cost. A drive it is to the freeway but great place.

Lived here for quite some time. It is a quite apartment complex. No real complaints.

The review down at the bottom is ridiculous. This place is quiet, clean, VERY friendly neighbors. Management is awesome. The price is perfect for what you get. No downstairs or upstairs neighbors. And they allow 2 animals. LOTS of dogs int he neighborhood) PLUS you get a STREET address, not a unit #. That kid below was obviously the problem, not Trabuco. HIGHLY recommended.

NEVER LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I can go on and on about how terrible this place was! first off the manager Simon does not know how to manage a place! the neighbors thretened to kill my family. The neighbors are not child friendly. the say things like your gutless and you should be in jail. I had the police over probably 2 times a day because the neighbors wanted to start a fight! i do not recommend living here! Absolutely a TERRIBLE place and not Safe for your children!!!!
