Shuttle service quality is poor. Tried to use the shuttle to get picked up from the airport. Arrived at 4:50 and waited for the 5:15 shuttle which didn't come. The 5:45 shuttle did a slow roll across the pickup area and then immediately took off, preventing me from being able to get on. Front desk claimed I was supposed go call them first if I wanted to be picked up, but that is mentioned no where in the email explaining how the shuttle works, nor in the robot that answered that told me to just wait at the pickup area.

The room itself was alright. It didn't have a fridge or microwave but that was fine, although the room was so ridiculously expensive... My biggest problem was- I just didn't like how the staff treated me or my friends. All because we weren't in suits and ties doesn't mean we aren't guests too. It was during the convention and the hotel felt very judgemental. They also tried to double charge us. I never stayed at a Hilton hotel before so my first experience wasn't the best. I don't think I'll be back.

Incredible staff. Loved all interactions with the people working here. But the hotel is simply dated... Needs a renovation. Not worth $150 especially with breakfast not included. $190 total including breakfast. Friendly staff, quick shuttle, and newer fitness equipment made me consider 2 stars. The pool was locked by deadbolt the one night we were there so we couldn't use it. Fitness Center was shoved into 2 long storage closets with no water reloaded in the self serve stations. Breakfast buffet is only available on weekends when the hotel expects more income so overpriced menu only on weekdays. No refrigerator in the room. No bottles of water in the room except from front desk. And once again, the interior of the rooms and common areas need an update bad if they want to compete successfully in this price point. Hilton needs to audit this one and push ownership to invest in the property to update everything in order to keep the flag. And give the staff a raise for making this property seem better than it is!

The room was clean and seemed to have updated furniture. The desk/chair were good for getting some work done with my laptop. No microwave, refrigerator, or mini-bar, but it had a large TV. The bed was comfortable. The closet and bathroom were appropriate size. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel has plenty of accommodations and public assembly places to host your party! You and guests won't be disappointed. The shuttle van can pick up anyone at O'Hare and participating hotels.
No, just to O'Hare, but you can get dropped off at terminal 1, and follow the red arrows to the bus/shuttle center, and you can get to the Blue Line from there.
