Parents have been residents of Cedar Crest for 15 plus years … there have been lots of changes over the years … hoping to see some things return to pre Covid ways … some recent changes like CVS replacing the Erickson store has some negative impact seems no monitoring of prices to ensure residents are not taken advantage of who can’t get to other stores. Overall, still happy and glad my parents have been part of this community and looking forward to seeing what comes next with Kristen leading the team … over the past few years a notable change in staff has declined more concerned about catering to employees than the residents at times … lots of management but activities very dependent on volunteers versus activity staffing running events … weekend bingo which many attended has yet to restart because the residents aren’t available to run it … how about less management and more workers to take lead on some of these things

I am now giving this place less than one star and will continue to do so unless they fire certain convicts whom work there and called about and spoke to about today. I will have everyone that I know family members continue to call and post whatever possible.

I work here, and am not sure about individual rooms, but most buildings first floor has them, so its just a short walk and an elevator trip away.
