Insisted that we open the restaurant at 6am for oven repair, oven had issues with steaming. After first "repair" it stopped working all together, second time they did nothing but said it was fixed so they could leave. The third time we opened at 6am they didn't show up, takes a lot of coordination to have staff there at that time in the morning, so unprofessional. Disgraceful behavior

This is what they dropped off. Should have never accepted delivery. Tracks are so worn. This machine has had zero service. Will be there Monday morning to make this right. Completely ruined all my plans not to mention couldn't get the job done.
