My mother had never gone to this hospital so I appreciated how thorough they were with all the testing that had to be done as well as how informative they were when they needed to be. The entire staff was very professional, caring and kind but there were employees who really stood out with the care provided: Matthew (EVS) was very sweet & professional while cleaning my mothers room; Nurse Kash (CPCU) was very pleasant and made my mom’s last day enjoyable; Nurse Courtney (CPCU) was the most amazing nurse I have ever met. She came as soon as my mother needed her assistance, always answered our questions and had a very positive and kind demeanor. Her professionalism, detailed personal care of my mother and overall assistance made me feel a great deal of comfort when we had to leave her during the night. We appreciate everyone’s assistance & can only hope that other patients come across these amazing health care workers.

Today’s ER visit gets a five star review due to the wonderful nurses I had. Alexandra and Heather thank you for being so compassionate!! Nurses like you are what makes a patient’s visit a little less stressful. I’ve had a few terrible nurses that made my stay so much worse. Alexandra and Heather deserve a raise for being exceptional nurses 👏 👏 because you do not find them everyday!

The nurse maryta is an angel. Everyone was nice, place is clean. It is an ER so if it is not considered urgent you will wait which is expected. This was not the case for me but I see that with other reviews.
