I hired there services in 2018 - costing my over $5000. I understand each person case is different but what I don’t understand is how unprofessional this business is. It is really hard to get someone on the phone and when you do , it is a different person each time . I have dealt and spoken to over 5 people in this firm who are the assistant of the immigration lawyers. When I was on a payment plan they definitely made sure to call me each month for the payment. I received more communication during the payment process. once I finished paying they were never to be found. My case was given to Ms. Rodríguez and then when she left the firm my case was given to Mr. Antonio estrada who I have never spoken to and is hard to get a hold of. When I’m promised a call back. I do not get one just apologies. This is frustrating because it isn’t just myself - this is the status of my husband. This is horrible customer service and if things do not change then I will have to take my business elsewhere.

I’m so tired to deal with them! Every time they promise me to call and talk about my case, but I never got call back from them. They even don’t know my case number, they never noticed me of any updates! I have no idea what’s going on with my case! I’m dealing with them 3 years! They did nothing!!!

I have dealt with immigration attorneys on both US coasts on an ongoing basis for the past 30 years or so, mostly related to employees but also to personal cases. I was referred to Union Law Group by one of my top attorneys I had worked with in the past. This most recent immigration case was probably the most complex case I have ever dealt with. In fact, I was afraid there would simply be no legal avenue leading to a positive outcome. Union Law Group, specifically attorneys Filex Sanchez and Ricardo Elorza, managed to untangle the intricacies of the situation and develop a multi-pronged strategy over the course of three years leading to a perfect outcome. As expected, there were some temporary setbacks obliging the law firm to find new tactics along the way to finally reach the end goal. Very impressive indeed. I can’t emphasize enough the thoroughness, professionalism, attention to detail, personal engagement, dependable communication, and excellent counsel that was demonstrated during this elaborate legal case. Hats off to both Filex and Ricardo and my great appreciation to both for having done an outstanding job.

Recently used Erika with Union Law Group to help with a visa for my wife. I was planning to do the paperwork myself but quickly realized that this was a much more complicated task. I really don't leave many reviews but Erika was great to work with. Immigration is not something to mess around with, you can make a mistake and it could cost you years or take away your opportunity. Spend a little money and use a professional. I'm definitely going to try to refer Erika some more business.....
