Im seriously going to take my business some where else. The reason why it's because to me the most important thing is the customer service and the customer service here is really bad. Another reason why is because the packages are never ready when you go get them and when you get them the cost to get the packages always changes its based of who knows what. These are just some of the reasons why. Pleeeeeease save yourself a headache and take your business somewhere else!

As everyone else has said, they don't answer the phone. Any business that deals with shipping & receiving should have a phone, or at least a damn e-mail. Avoid at all costs, folks.

The monthly charge for a box is low and the rate for receiving packages isn't too bad. (it would be cheaper if Amazon would consolidate orders into 1 package like they used too) They moved next door to a bigger/better area. They seem really organized and there are rules that need to be followed.

After 15 years of giving my business to this man, I was out of the country from July to November. I found out today my mail box was canceled and given to another person. I withstood bad and expensive service in exchange for a stable US address. By bad service I mean no phone, a couple of lost packages, no 24-hour access, and excessive charges for packages not collected. Now I have to change my 15 yo address to the bank and SENTRI. So if you are going to open a mail box don't do it here.
