* I ordered a Turkey torta and got a lettuce torta, REALLY! Called and asked for the manager and they would not give me his name and to call back. *8/3/19 Please make sure to check they charge you right, this has been my third time and I always get charged way to much, I did not catch it last 2 times until I got home, but this time from $11 it was, she wanted to charge me $24 😳 really. And I said, are you sure, for the special, she smiled and said, ups sorry and gave me the correct amount. The 3 times I've been here, this happened. Other than that, the food is good, just price unless you get a combo and not get charged extra 🤦‍♀️ *7/19Very good food and service (but always check your bill and the original price) And no receipt OMG🤔🙇‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I've been here 3 times in the last 3 years really trying to give them another shot. (This review is based on my last visit, but it is quite similar to my previous visits. ) Their prices are a bit too high, customer service is non exsistent. I was ignored and told to wait because the male cashier who had reciepts and his phone in hand. He also seemed quite rude to the rest of the staff. They took about 40 minutes to prepare a simple order. When it was time to pick it up, I felt rushed to grab it. I will say that I do like the idea behind their decor and style. It feels warm and inviting. I took my order home and shared it with someone else and we both got food poisoning and bad heartburn.
